A little bit about me.

​

I am a Mother, Daughter, Sister, Entrepreneur, lifelong learner, and Coach.  I have operated my own business for over 20 years.  As an Osteopath, I met many wonderful people from all walks of life and ages. These are the people who truly taught me how to apply my knowledge and grow both professionally and personally.  I learned that life surprises us all with challenges we never expected. Through these challenges I saw a need for another way of healing and growing. I found it through Coaching.

There are as many reasons for coaching as there are people.  Personal or professional, in times of change, transition, and struggle, some feel caught in a loop and unable to find a way out, and some are eager to move forward and achieve a new dream.
