My journey has brought me to a place I could never have imagined. My 'desired future' as a young woman was nothing like what lay ahead. Life brought challenges and changes that I, at first, was not equipped to navigate. Through the years I have seen other women struggle and bring familiar stories to me. This is where 'my desired future' started to become my reality. The complexities of motherhood, relationships, professional/financial goals.  Life's  progression from puberty to menopause, pregnancy, birth, the orchestra of ever-changing hormones. The acceptance of aging and retirement. A constant reframing of identity and roles I see played out in other women's lives as well as my own. This is where my heart and passion is strong. I have witnessed many women lost in the steps forward and resigned to not seeking their future. The first step is choosing a reality instead of adopting whatever life brings. Realize your abilities to direct your 'desired future'!

Health and Wellbeing Coaching is a collaborative client-centered process that empowers you to make positive and lasting changes to your health and well-being.

 

The coaching approach encompasses a comprehensive strategy for personal growth around achieving the health outcome that you desire. Often we know where what we want to add to our wellness plan but struggle to stick with it. From being overwhelmed with the choices to not knowing where to start we will begin with defining and understanding your personal goal.  It begins with goal setting and focuses on empowering you with the tools to build self-efficacy—the belief in your ability to succeed—which is crucial for implementing lasting changes. This process involves cultivating self-awareness to understand your strengths and weaknesses, developing resilience to navigate challenges, and sharpening problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles. By addressing underlying habits and thought patterns that may be impeding progress, coaching facilitates meaningful behavioral changes. Additionally, you will acquire practical stress management techniques to promote a sense of well-being and reduce the impact of stress on your daily life.

 

Sessions commence with an initial assessment, followed by the establishment of specific, measurable, and achievable goals. A tailored implementation plan will be developed to integrate with your lifestyle. Regular check-ins and progress reviews will be conducted to maintain motivation, re-evaluate your plan if necessary and ensure continued progress.
